We do offer local delivery to the city of Buffalo on orders over $35. For immediate suburbs, within a 10-mile radius, we will deliver free of charge on orders over $125. Just select 'pick up in store' and enter your delivery address and a phone number we can reach you to set up a delivery time, or simply give us a call at 716.322.5396. You must be 21 years or older and show proof of age at time of delivery. Please make sure to include your phone number!

Distance Shipping--We are only shipping within New York State at this time.

Shipping of all orders is contingent on appropriate weather and may be held to ensure the safety of your wine.

Many states restrict or prohibit the shipment of wine, and the states that allow it are constantly changing. Unfortunately, we are not able at this time to ship outside of New York state. We do apologize for the inconvenience if you live out of state.

We are also unable to ship orders to PO Boxes.

Wines of any size may be purchased for in-store pickup. Only .375ml, .500ml, .750ml, and in some cases (depending on bottle shape), 1.0 liter size bottles of wines can be shipped.

No spirits may be shipped out-of-state at this time, but certain .750ml and 1L bottles of spirits (depending on bottle shape) are available to ship within New York state. All spirits may be ordered online for in-store pickup.

Returns Policy

Corked or otherwise defective bottles must be returned within 6 months of purchase with at least 75% of the wine remaining. Wine purchased after six months may not be returned. Furthermore, as is customary in the retail wine industry, any bottle in excess of 10 years old cannot be returned for any reason and the purchaser assumes all risk.
