The 18 year reserva rum, oak barreled, shows a beautiful deep, mahogany color, and is made using traditionally harvested sugar cane. Sensational aromas of roasted nuts, toffee and dried dates. Full and plush on the palate, enters with sweet vanilla bean, nutmeg, clove, and cinnamon, and raw honey, but quickly deepens into dried fruits, coffee and caramel with an almost dry finish. Complex and structured with a smooth texture. One of our favorites in the Kirk & Sweeney line.
