A light-medium bodied, velvety red made from the traditional grapes of Provence--Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, & Mourvedre. Perfumed with deep, rich cherry and fragrant strawberry notes. Earthy aromas of dried lavender and thyme add to the complexity. Lively acidity makes this a great pairing for soft, mild cheeses. Try it with a chill on it!
