The Mas de Cadenet estate is located at the base of the Sainte Victoire mountain (the mountain that Cézanne made famous through his paintings), in the heart of Provence. A family estate, it has been owned and run by the Negrel family for seven generations.
Made by traditional methods: free-run rosé wines produced with cold maceration are drawn off as soon as the soft pink color begins to show. 45% Grenache, 45% Cinsault, 10% Syrah. Sainte-Victoire is one of the new crus in Provence, with only 24 winemakers. Due to the special terroir and micro-climate of this area, Mas de Cadenet has more persistence and structure than a typical Provençal rosé.
