50% Cab Sauv and 50% Cab Franc from Oregon. The name is a play on American’s attempt at “playing” the French Classics (Bordeaux, in this case). Medium-bodied with dark fruits laced with an earthy funk and dried floral notes. Bright acidity, dry finish, would work with a little chillychill in the summer heat! Yummy. Farmed with organic & biodynamic practices.
