A blend of 90% Syrah and 10% Viognier, from two contiguously planted vineyards grown on red clay soil. Fermented whole cluster, and aged for 10 months in clay amphora. The grapes are harvested early, at the end of September, with the goal of making the lowest alcohol and freshest tasting wine possible. Think of it as a Northern Rhone from Catalonia. Farmed with organic and biodynamic practices.
